I had a phone call from Seoul when I was watching T.V this night. It was my mother-in-law with trembling voice saying that my brother-in-law injured last night by a second class private and other five from Humphre Base in PyungTak.
As you may heard what happened it was obvious that some of your soldiers did a pretty good job to stimulate our anti-america spirits again. This time, I have a strong presentiment that it will NOT settle down as before. World is keeping their eyes on U.S. and I don't think the situation is going well.
As a soldier tell me about what it means by stabbing neck. He really meant to kill my brother-in-law. What is the big idea of letting your soldiers carry their weapon to the public when they out for drinking. What I see is that you just released a mad dog without a leash and let it bite people.

Is it your discipline for your troops to attack ally? If it is true, you must be satisfied by now.
